2. Digital Products and License
Able Tales sells digital audio experiences ("Seasons"), which include audio episodes for children, parent tracks, and downloadable worksheets ("Content").
Upon purchase, Able Tales grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is:
- Lifetime: You may access the Content for as long as Able Tales makes it available.
- Personal: The Content is for use within your immediate household.
- Non-transferable: You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise provide access to the Content to any third party.
Any unauthorized redistribution, public performance, or commercial use of the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without refund.
3. Account Creation
You may choose to create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Pricing

5. Refunds
Able Tales sells digital products (audio episodes, parent tracks, and worksheets) delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, our refund policy is as follows:
Season Purchases
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the digital content has not been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
- Once any episode, parent track, or worksheet from a Season has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- Each Season is treated as a separate product. A refund request for one Season does not affect access to other Seasons you have purchased.
Free Episode
- The free episode (Episode 1 of Season 1) is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend access to all purchased content while the dispute is being resolved.

The Site integrates with third-party services, including Stripe (payment processing), ActiveCampaign (email communications), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (analytics and advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Content is provided "as is" and for wellness and educational purposes only. Able Tales is not a therapy program and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Nothing in the Content should be interpreted as diagnosing, treating, or preventing any condition.
